High Yield Forged Piston Set for Z20LEx Engines for engine rebuild.

Exclusively Manufactured for PEC and Courtenay Sport.

These pistons are manufactured to the exact same design as the pistons that were previously manufactured by Cosworth. The pistons are forged and machined as an initial process, they then have accumulator groove set, and are then finished of with an electroless nickel coating to the crown (which can be seen as a darker finish) and then have a high quality coating to the skirt.

Electroless Nickel Coating to Piston Crown for Hardness, Strength, Durability and Detonation Reduction. Typically this is the same coating as used in WRC and F1 engines.

Unique Red Xylan Skirt Coating offers lower friction and longer piston life.
