Astra H VXR K04 Turbocharger, as fitted to Astra H VXR/OPC and Zafira B VXR/OPC from the factory (Z20LEH engine).

Direct replacement for:
Astra H VXR/OPC and Zafira B VXR/OPC models.
Standard Mapped Astra G, Astra H (Non VXR), Zafira A and Zafira B (Non VXR) 2.0 Turbo models.

Performance Upgrade for:
Astra G, Astra H (Non VXR), Zafira A and Zafira B (Non VXR) models, when correctly remapped.

From the extensive testing that we have carried out we can now offer the Astra H VXR turbo as a great alternative for the existing hybrid turbo units already in the marketplace, for fitment onto Z20LET Astra SRi/GSi 2.0 Turbo, Zafira GSi Turbo, Astra H SRi 2.0 Turbo (Z20LEL/Z20LER) and Zafira B SRi 2.0 Turbo (Z20LER).

Offering drivability more like a manufacturer's standard unit, rather than a hybrid, and spooling up more quickly this is an ideal alternative for those wanting to upgrade to the Stage 3 or 4 conversion with appropriate software remap.

This unit not only features a better AR ratio than a standard Z20LET/Z20LEL/Z20LER turbo but we also favour this turbocharger as it has a much stronger cast manifold providing extra durability and therefore can withstand greater temperatures, heat being an issue with turbo models. The standard Z20LET/LEL/LER turbo manifold has been known to crack and so this Z20LEH unit is preferred over a hybrid turbo which is rebuild into the original weaker manifold which is prone to cracking.

This turbo is available as a core unit, with the VXR actuator which can be used on Standard cars as well as Stage 1, 2 or 3 mapped cars and with Uprated actuator and bracket if being used on a  Stage 4 Astra G/Zafira A mapped car, or Stage 3 Astra H/Zafira B VXR.

Suitable as a direct replacement unit for any Z20LET/Z20LEL/Z20LER/Z20LEH engined car whose 'OE' unit is faulty and requires replacement. No remap required!!
This turbo is also suitable as a direct replacement for the standard OE turbo as fitted to Astra H VXR/OPC and Zafira B VXR/OPC

Can be supplied with:
OPTION 1:
Adjust OE Standard Actuator to suit a Standard mapped Z20LET car.

OPTION 2:
Valvoline Fully Synthetic 5w-40 (API:SM specification) Oil (5 Litres), GM Longlife Oil Filter and sump washer.

OPTION 3:
Exhaust Manifold to Head Gasket, Turbo Oil Drain Gasket. Oil Breather Tube to Block Gaskets AND Oil and Water Feed and Return Copper Washers

OPTION 4 - Hybrid Options:
Stage 1 - Upgraded 360 degree thrust bearing, more durable twin oil seals and rebalancing
Stage 1.5 - Upgraded 360 degree thrust bearing, more durable twin oil seals, exhaust wheel cut back and rebalancing
Stage 2 - K06 Billet Compressor Wheel, 360 degree thrust bearing, more durable twin oil seals, cut back exhaust wheel and rebalancing

Important: The K06 option will require suitable remapping to ensure turbo and/or engine damage does not occur.

Please Note: As Vauxhall will only warrant these units for their intended purpose i.e. fitment to factory specification Astra/Zafira VXR, we are unable to extend a warranty onto them due to the varied nature of fitment and application outside of these parameters.

For units supplied and fitted by us on our premises we will offer our own 12 month/12,000 mile warranty.
