Courtenay Sport Delivery Information
We use DPD (www.dpd.co.uk
) for shipping 99.9% of our UK orders. DPD offer a premium delivery service with email and text alert notifications as well as a 1 hour delivery window notification (DPD Predict) so you know when to expect your parcel. Parcels will require a signature on delivery. Please make sure you include your mobile telephone number on your order.
Additionally you are able to track your delivery (DPD Follow My Parcel) via an email notification which will show you where your driver is and what number delivery drop you are, helping to pinpoint your delivery slot even more accurately, usually down to a 15 minute window.
You also have a range of in-flight options available to you via text or email. These include re-delivery at a later date, the option to deliver to a specified neighbour or to a local DPD Pickup Store (there are over 2,500 nationwide) where you can the collect your parcel at a more convenient time to you.
DPD also offer an App for smartphones (on Apple and Android) which gives you the ability to keep up to date with your DPD deliveries. This app allows you to track your deliveries and arrange different delivery options if needed. For more details visit >>>> this page

With the tracking, in-flight options available from DPD and the DPD App there is no reason to miss out on a delivery.
Customers will receive their tracking information by email and/or text for DPD deliveries. Please ensure your mobile number and email address are correct on your order.

Shipping on stock items is in most cases next working day, on orders placed before 13:00 (excludes Saturday delivery).
Most parcels shipped via DPD should arrive the next working day from date of shipping. Exceptions to this are Northern Scotland, Highlands and Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man which usually take from 2 to 4 days to arrive, sometimes a little longer in the case of offshore UK islands. This may vary during adverse weather conditions.
DPD Before 12 Service is available to certain UK areas on stock items. Saturday courier delivery available where urgent delivery is required on orders placed on Friday (for stock items only - please check).
Royal Mail deliveries usually takes 1 day for First Class and 2-3 days for Second Class.

Approximate delivery times for delivery to European Countries are as follows:
2 days - Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Republic of Ireland.
3 days - Austria, Denmark, Switzerland.
4 days - Czech Republic, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain.
5 days - Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Sweden.
6 days - Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Iceland, Norway, Romania, Serbia.
Smaller Items are sent by Royal Mail International AirMail to Europe and normally take 3 - 7 working days to arrive. There is no tracking.
To countries that we ship to outside Europe we will use FedEx (www.fedex.com
), UPS (www.ups.com
) or TNT (www.tnt.com
). These are air freight services
offering tracking and all parcels will require a signature on delivery.
For FedEx, UPS or TNT delivery, customers will receive their tracking information by email.
Smaller items will be shipped by International Airmail via Royal Mail and will be delivered by the postal service in the destination country.Wordwide Delivery Times:
Items shipped by FedEx, UPS, TNT usually take from 2-8 days to arrive depending on location.
Items sent by Royal Mail International Airmail to the rest of the world can take 5 - 10 days to arrive.
Orders shipped by courier are tracked deliveries. If you do not receive your tracking information via email and would like to track your order please contact us. Only courier services have full tracking.
If you are experiencing a problem with your delivery or your goods have not arrived when expected (delivery timescale is location dependent) please contact us by email or telephone.
What happens if no one is in when my goods are to be delivered?
For items being delivered by courier, please make sure there is someone
available at your given delivery address to sign for your goods. You will be
able to track your order. If you have not received tracking details please contact us.
If you miss the courier delivery, you will need to rearrange it, which
can be done either by telephone or online. Check your tracking information for

IMPORTANT. The courier will not hold your order. If they cannot deliver the goods to you, because no one
was available to sign for the goods or there was no response to an attempted
delivery, your parcel will be returned to us. If this occurs you will need to
contact us to arrange for the goods to be resent. We reserve the right to charge
re-delivery on re-sent items which have been returned to us by a delivery company/agent.
If your item was sent by Royal Mail, a card will be left
detailing how and where you can collect or have your parcel redelivered.
If your item was sent by International Mail please contact your local postal delivery service.
Our website will estimate shipping costs before checkout, there is no need to
login to see delivery costs, just select your delivery country in the Estimate Shipping and Taxes section.
Sometimes mistakes are made in packing and an item is missing. First please
check all your packaging carefully. If you are missing any part of your order
please notify us via the Missing Item section of our website (link below) within 24 hours of
receipt of your parcel so we can rectify the situation quickly for you. Failure to notify any
shortages immediately may invalidate any claim.
Very occasionally items are damaged in transit. Please contact us immediately
via the Returns Section of our website and we will rectify the problem.
Returns can be made as per our terms and conditions of business. Please visit the Returns Section of our website to place your returns request. Any items returned to Courtenay Sport Ltd, must have a
prior approval. All returns must be sent carriage paid by the sender and at the
sender's risk. We advise taking suitable insurance where required when returning items. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice
as well as a complete description of the reason for return. All correctly
supplied items returned may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns
are accepted after 30 days.
