Christmas Information and Opening Times

Christmas Delivery* - Items sent by DPD/DHL   Courier - UK Delivery*:

   Wednesday 23rd December  - The safe cut off point for orders being placed to be sent by by DPD/DHL Courier Next Day within mainland UK to arrive by Christmas.

Royal Mail - UK:
The last posting date for UK Royal Mail is Monday 12th December for 2nd Class and Friday 16th December for 1st Class.

International Orders - Please order in advance and allow plenty of time.
DHL Courier: Delivery takes between 2 - 7 days depending upon your location.
Airmail: International Standard delivery for smaller parcels (Royal Mail Airmail) can take up to 20 days leading up to Christmas due to the extra volume of mail.

Latest posting dates range from Monday 5th  December to Friday 19th December depending upon your location and any strike action that is taking place. If you are unsure please contact us to check.

Please contact us if you want to check if an item is in stock and available as stock levels vary constantly, especially at busy times. Items ordered at the last minute cannot be guaranteed to be delivered in time for Christmas and orders placed after the stated times may not be processed in time for delivery before Christmas. We would advise ordering items required for Christmas delivery in plenty of time, and not to leave ordering until the last minute. 

Christmas 2022 - New Year 2023.

We are will be closed between Christmas and the New Year, from 5pm on Friday 23rd  December 2022 through to Tuesday 3rd January 2023 when we reopen at 08.30, our telephone lines will be back on from 09:00.

For orders placed online between 24th December 2022 and 2nd January 2023 while we are closed:

We will NOT be monitoring our online ship between Christmas and the New Year.

All online orders received during this time will be dealt with in order ready for dispatch when we return on Tuesday 3rd January 2023.

Please allow an additional day or so to receive your order to allow orders to be packed and shipped, thank you.
You will receive an email and/or text with tracking updates when orders are added to the courier system ready for despatch.

Phone Lines and Email: Our phone lines will be off until we return on 3rd January  when they re-open at 09:00.
We are sorry but there will be NO email service during Christmas and the New Year and will be unable to respond to any emails sent to us during this time, as we are having a well earned break.

Our online shop will automatically send out confirmation emails to customers who place orders during the Christmas and New Year period, but we will not be able to deal with any specific queries relating to online orders during this time.
