APPLICATIONS:
This uprated Internal Wastegate Actuator is suitable for KKK factory turbos with an internal wastegate, such as K04 (VXR) and K06 as used on 2.0 Petrol Turbo Z20LEx Astra G, Astra H, Zafira A, Zafira B including VXR models.

Can be used for all stages of tune/mapping. If required with just a spring change if additional actuator clamping pressure is required during mapping.

Static Break Off Pressure adjustable between 10 & 13 PSi - NB, Static break of pressure is the mechanical base pressure before the electronics add boost.

Note: May require software alteration to allow higher boost to be run.

Note: Will require additional direct replacement actuator bracket for ease of fitting. Will fit onto our existing uprated actuator bracket.
