Courtenay Sport Stage 1 - Hyundai i30N

ECU Remap for i30N and N Performance:

Stage 1 and the figures quoted below are for a remap on a fully standard car with no modified power enhancing parts installed.

First we carry out a full engine diagnostic test, after which the car is bench-marked to check the engines standard power.  Then Exclusive Courtenay Sport base software is installed into the ECU the car is then run on our Rolling Road with full data-logging for map optimisation of the boost fueling and ignition curves to suit the car and the grade of super unleaded fuel you use. The car is then removed from the rolling road Dyno and road tested, before returning the car complete with Power and Torque Graph Print Outs.

Approximate Gains:
250 to 305 Bhp Approximately 355 lb ft torque.
275 to 305 Bhp Approximately 355 lb ft torque.

3000rpm + 31bhp & 54lbs-ft
3500rpm + 37bhp & 56lbs-ft
4000rpm + 41bhp & 53lbs-ft
4500rpm + 56bhp & 65lbs-ft
5000rpm + 60bhp & 63lbs-ft
5500rpm + 52bhp & 50lbs-ft
6000rpm + 36bhp & 31lbs-ft
6500rpm + 37bhp & 30lbs-ft
6800rpm + 35bhp & 27lbs-ft

*For the optimum power results the i30 responds best when run on 99 Ron fuel (Shell V Power or Tesco momentum)
