Direct Route Airbox (CDTi) 80mm AFM Adapter + Hose

Airbox Conversion Parts for the 1.9 CDTi Airbox.
This kit consists of the alloy joiner and rubber hose to allow simple conversion of the CDTi Direct Route Airbox to accept an 80mm Air Flow Meter.

Once the top of the airbox has been opened up to accept the alloy joiner, it can be bonded into place into the airbox lid. The supplied black hose is fitted between the alloy joiner and the 80mm Air Flow Meter.

For use on Petrol or Diesel models using an 80mm Bosch Air Flow Meter and Direct Route (CDTi) Airbox.

Notes:
Astra H VXR is fitted with an 80mm Air Flow Meter as standard.
If upgrading to an 80mm AFM from a 70mm AFM (when used on Astra G or Zafira A), the engine ecu will need correctly remapping and recalibrating for an 80mm AFM
