For the ultimate intercooler kit for Insignia VXR we teamed up with our tuning partner in Germany Klasen Motors and Pro Alloy Motorsport, who fabricate all our intercooler and water radiator products.
As with all their products this intercooler is beautifully fabricated and delivers constant low inlet charge temperatures and lower back pressure, resulting in a higher power output over the whole rev range.
The intercooler is mounted in front of the aircon radiator and because of its highly efficient core leaves enough cold air for the other radiators mounted behind.
The complete kit comes with a set of silicone hoses, aluminium elbows, clamps and mounting brackets.
