Lightweight Flywheel 240mm + Uprated CSR Clutch: Corsa Meriva VXR 1.6 Turbo LEL/LET/LER

Enlarged 240mm Clutch and Flywheel Kit  for power up 500 Bhp depending on clutch disc selected, containes the following:

• Lightweight enlarged 240mm flywheel precision CNC machined from billet steel, which due to its natural strength means we can lighten the unit by 5.0kg compared to the original dual mass flywheel. The ring gear is also machined into the flywheel assembly.
• Uprated CSR 240 mm Clutch Cover with higher clamping force. 
• A Choice of Uprated Sprung Clutch Discs, Organic, 4 Paddle & 6 Paddle.  Selectable from the above drop down menu

Note 1: A Stronger Z20LEH Astra, Zafira VXR hydraulic slave cylinder Part Number 55558917 is required.  and clutch mounting height is identical to the standard OE unit to ensure that the clutch slave cylinder is operrating in its correct range.

Note 2: When using the a single mass flywheel a degree of gear box chatter will be audiable.
