Flywheel Lightweight 240mm: Z20LEH 2.0 Turbo Astra H Zafira B VXR

Our lightweight flywheel is precision CNC machined from billet steel, which due to its natural strength means we can lighten the units to 5.4 kg compared to the original dual mass flywheel. The ring gear is also machined into the flywheel assembly. Designed for a 240mm clutch assembly, the clutch mounting height is identical to the standard OE unit to ensure that the clutch slave cylinder is not over extended and a standard or uprated clutch with a specifically designed sprung disc can be used successfully.

Suitable for any Z20LEH engine with M32 gearbox

NOTE: This flywheel MUST be used with a sprung clutch disc due to the removal of the dual mass flywheel. Some end case bearing noise/gearbx chatter may become evident when fitted.
