Lightweight Flywheel: Z22SE 2.2 16v VX220 228mm

Lightweight flywheel precision CNC machined from billet steel, which due to its natural strength means the flywheel can be lightened by over 5kgs to 4.2 kgs when compared to a standard flywheel. Reducing the flywheel mass improves the engine's response and willingness to rev.

Designed for a 228mm clutch assembly, the clutch mounting height is identical to the standard OE unit to ensure that the clutch slave cylinder is not over extended and a standard or uprated clutch can be used successfully.

This lightweight flywheel comes complete with studs and retaining lock nuts, so clutch retaining bolts are no longer required.

For the Z22SE engine with F23 gearbox, the clutch cover locating holes will need to be opened up carefully to allow fitment of the clutch cover the the flywheel.
