Z20GenX Integral exhaust manifold for Z20LET Z20LEL Z20LER Z20LEH engines, the ultimate plug and play replacement manifold for all Z20LEx engines, it is a direct replacement for the original restrictive GM / Borg Warner manifold casting as all the pick up points correspond exactly to the original casting.
The manifold is the result of an extensive development, designed and calculated using the latest CAD and CFD technology. Its is made with 1.4849 Stainless Steel with high elongation at break, this makes the manifold temperature resistant to 1100 degrees C.
When used in conjunction with the original K04 VXR / OPC turbo it will provide 30Bhp more power over the original GM manifold. Furthermore it will finally unlock the full potential K06 or HTA and other hybrid Turbos.
We have now installed the first unit here in our workshop. The question we have been asked the most is what will this do for my currently installed K06 hybrid we seen 363 Bhp here in the UK and Stephan Klasen of Klasen motors has seen 370 Bhp, in time as we see more cars we will see a better average. Further development using a KRS Stage 3+ 16 Turbo is has been under taken and we have seen power figures of 420 Bhp & 390lb-ft of torque however the more impressive part is that we are able to hold over 400 +bhp from 5800 through to 7300 Rpm.
