3" Catalyst Removal Downpipe/Front Pipe/Pre Cat Pipe for Astra J GTC VXR (OPC) 2.0 Turbo
The standard front pipe houses the first factory catalyst. Replacing the front pipe will increase the pressure drop across the turbo vastly improving response and also increasing power.
It also saves around 2kg in weight. Fitted with lambda sensor bosses to allow fitment of OE lambda sensors. Removing this catalyst will require either a software update to the factory software or a full ecu remap to remove the catalyst efficiency error code.
Includes gasket between front pipe and centre section.
The round metal gasket between the turbo and the downpipe also available if required, but can usually be re-used.
May need EML delete software
As used in our Stage Tuning Packages for Astra J VXR
