Flywheel Lightweight: A20NFT 2.0 Turbo Astra J VXR

This lightweight flywheel is precision CNC machined from billet steel, which due to its natural strength means we can lighten the units to 5.3 kg compared to the original dual mass flywheel. The ring gear is also machined into the flywheel assembly. Designed for an OE size clutch clutch assembly, the clutch mounting height is identical to the standard OE unit to ensure that the clutch slave cylinder is not over extended and is intended for use with a suitable clutch with a specifically designed sprung disc.

Suitable for Astra J VXR A20NFT engine with F40 gearbox

NOTE: This flywheel MUST be used with a sprung clutch disc due to the removal of the dual mass flywheel. Some end case bearing noise/gearbx chatter may become evident when fitted.
