Turbocharger KRS Stage 2 & K04 Large Bore Manifold Z16LEx A16LEx B16LEx 1.6 Turbo

A SURCHARGE OF £150.00 WILL BE PAYABLE TO GET THE TURBO DISPATCHED. ONCE THE OLD UNIT IS RECEIVED THE SURCHARGE WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU.

Stage 2 KRS Turbo reworked from K04 Z20LEH VXR unit and large bore K04 Corsa manifold for 1.6 Turbo Z16LEx/A16LEx/B16LEx

This turbocharger assembly consists of a KRS Stage 2 turbocharger fitted into our cast  large bore KO4 manifold comes equipped with a Turbosmart uprated actuator, suitable for 1.6 Turbo engine. 

The result is a turbocharger & manifold assembly for the 1.6 Turbo engine that is capable of flowing more air, thus producing more boost and therefore more power and torque.

It has been designed for the Vauxhall/Opel 1.6 Turbo Z16LEx/A16LEx engines - Z16LET, Z16LEL, Z16LER,A16LETas fitted to Corsa D VXR/OPC and SRi Turbo, Astra H Turbo, Meriva VXR/OPC and Insignia 1.6 Turbo to allow the fitment of the core turbo charger from the Astra VXR Z20LEH engine.

It fits directly to the head as an OE 1.6 manifold will and the front pipe location is in the same location as the original - no exhaust adapter piece is required, soa standard pre-cat or a pre-cat replacement pipe will bolt straight on with no modification whatsoever. 

The combination of this larger bore cast manifold combined with the Stage 2 KRS KO4 hybrid will see power increases of up to 340Bhp engine specification dependent.
